Your responsibilities
- System- & Functional Engineering
- Project Leadership in GPDS 3.0 for all project parameters (timing, cost, function, weight, quality) incl. change management (per AVBOM, DCR, AIMS, WERS etc.)
- Reporting all work packages at milestones to Supervisor
- Leading the engineering supplier
- Autonomous leadership for production releases in alignment with Supervisors/Managers
- System & Functional Application Leader Coordination
- Implementation and leading all technical and functional interfaces and mech. package
- Coordination and application of efficient DV-methods (HIL, SIL, MIL) and technical assessments of test reports
- Establishing failure analysis reports

- Strong communication skills in global environment
- Self-reliance in managing automotive projects & suppliers
- Structured way of communicating, writing and presenting
- Excellent organizational skills (commercial, logistical, technical)
- International negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers
- Working effectively within a global team of Product Development
