Projektleiter (Steering Control Modules) (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- You will take over the management of interdisciplinary and intercultural teams in complex development projects for steering control units in the Electronics business unit (incl. co-determination in the team composition
- You agree on and ensure targets with regard to quality, costs and deadlines
- You act as a role model for the team by acting in a process-compliant and sustainable manner
- You define the project requirements in direct contact with the customer and optimize them within the core team
- You will also be responsible for project management throughout the entire duration of the project
- You negotiate with the customer about technical changes as well as their commercial and time-related effects
- In the event of a target deviation, you will carry out the escalation scenarios and permanently ensure compliance with the technical and qualitative standards within the scope of development
Your profile
- Completed studies in (industrial) engineering as well as several years of project management experience (preferably in the automotive sector)
- Experience in managing extensive and complex software projects
- High degree of resilience and assertiveness as well as determination
- Flexibility in the face of changing tasks
- Competent appearance in leadership and management
- Strong analytical skills and a conceptual and creative mindset
- Enjoy working in an international environment and the associated international mobility
- Very good command of English
