After completing my training as a retail salesman and assistant, I began my career at Hays as a recruiter in July 2011. In this capacity, I have been looking after specialists in the fields of Engineering and Construction & Property, both in permanent positions and freelance work, for almost 7 years.
Since March 2018, I have been supporting freelance specialists in Sales & Marketing.If you are interested in making a change in your career or just have questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with me.
During my studies in business administration, I had the opportunity to work at Hays as a working student as part of my internship semester and was thus able to gain valuable insights into the company.
I have been employed with Hays since 2016. In my current role as a Senior Recruiting Specialist, I am responsible for placing specialists and executive managers in permanent positions in the area of sales & marketing.

“After having completed my apprenticeship to become a legal assistant, I started working at Hays in May 2002. As an assistant in the area of recruitment management, my tasks included the recruitment of IT specialists with focus on SAP.
After returning from my parental leave in 2008, I was responsible for the creation of candidate profiles.
Since July 2016, I have been working as a Senior Cooperation Manager.
