  • Tuning, issue resolution, ad-hoc evaluations
  • Program changes in coordination with change / release management
  • Quality assurance through appropriate documentation in the helpdesk software HP Service Centre
  • Creation of sample solutions for the knowledge database
  • Support in phasing out, shutting down and dismantling old systems

  • Requirements management, in particular for undocumented and unstructured rough requirements and their conversion into professionally structured BI requirements

  • Treasury strategy and technology consulting
  • Independent detailed analysis of complex technical requirements including the implementation of workshops (also includes preparation and follow-up)
  • Execution of complex process analyses of existing processes (end-to-end) and optimisation of complex processes
  • Preparation of complex feasibility and profitability analyses as well as elaboration of complex approaches to solutions, preparation of complex organisational concepts
  • Independent order processing in accordance with IT-PEP
  • Business or technical areas of responsibility (test analysis or test automation as well as load & performance tests)
  • Preparatory activities such as the analysis of technical requirements (technical concept) and design (data processing concept, technical system design) for test-relevant topics
  • Defining test objects and test cases based on business and technical specifications
  • Supporting the department (key user) with the technical validation
  • Ensuring test documentation, provision of test infrastructure, test execution

  • Acceptance of all calls to the hotline, creation and documentation of requests (tickets) and, if necessary, forwarding to 2nd and 3rd Level
  • Support max up to 10 min
  • Password resets: Resetting passwords on request
  • Unlocking accounts: Unlocking locked out accounts (approval according to process (HR / Executive / IT)
  • Customer distribution lists: Supporting users in self-service, also maintenance if required
  • Customer tool: Email forwarding: User support for self-service
  • WLAN access: Supporting employees in administering WLAN access (Cisco Meraki) or support desk grants approval themselves, if necessary
  • Supporting activation of Office 365
  • Supporting users in activating Office during call
  • General questions: Handling all kinds of questions regarding processes, software or hardware (customer specific)
  • Supporting users in changing toner (Instructions for changing toner by phone)
  • Software distribution via group assignments in AD
  • Self-service support (support service for general questions about the tools)
  • Hardware incident management
