My duties
  • Responsible for the coordination between multiple MNOs for shared used sites (co-location)
  • Responsible for the coordination between multiple departments involved in the implementation for shared used sites (site acquisition, design, deployment, RF, TX, commercial) and involved 3rd parties (e.g. property managers)
  • Ensure in alignment with multiple MNOs the electromagnetic field coverage
  • Independent setting up and adherence to project schedules and efficient resource planning regarding order management
  • Timely and qualitative monitoring and acceptance of acquisition services, up to the department handover
  • Ensuring compliance with the projector technology-specific rollout budget, considering the economic, technical, and legal framework conditions
  • Compliance with professional and legal regulations
  • Examination of processes for improvement and cooperation in process optimization
  • Ensuring legal validity, conformity with the approval guidelines (examination of the preliminary decision-making processes in accordance with standard specifications on quality and cost-effectiveness)
My qualifications
  • A successfully completed university degree in electrical engineering or industrial engineering with focus on electrical engineering or comparable training
  • Profound experience in the relevant field
  • Can read and understand a complex CAD design with multiple MNOs
  • Good understanding of lease contracts and contractual rights
  • Very good knowledge of the processes and workflows in the area of shared used sites
  • Calculation of electromagnetic field coverage
  • Analytical thinking and working
  • Knowledge of telecommunications passive and active infrastructure 
  • Great influencing skills
  • Solution focused 
  • Fluent English and German skills in speech and writing (B2 or C1 according to CEFR)
