My duties
  • Act as a key contact to all Regional Sales Directors (7) providing HR support to the companys' commercial structure in Europe, including control over timely, efficient and correct work done by each HR local Manager in sub-regions (3 direct subordinates and 4 indirect subordinates)
  • Act as an HR business partner to the commercial structure in Europe (7 sub-regions of Europe: Nordic, UK & Ireland, Franco, Mediterranean, Iberian, Eastern, Germanic) to support them in any individual issues with associates
  • Implement and coordinate corporate policies and procedures locally
  • Lead the HR processes in commercial structure within the following HR areas: performance management, sales incentive plans, compensations and benefits, management coaching, organizational design, training & development, recognition, retention and engagement
  • Handle and maintain all data in HRIS, maintain Org Chart, and communicate this through the normal channels
  • Manage Town Hall Meetings within commercial structure, engagement survey meetings and actions
  • Execute all transactional HR activities
  • Play a key role in all HR global projects and in the HR community
  • Establish a senior HR control over Nordic sub-region and the local HR team
  • Establish an efficient every-day control & information exchange with all local HRMs dealing with commercial structure in 7 sub-regions
  • Identify gaps and missing points in the most burning topics within commercial structure
  • Play a key role in both local area, with the local management team, and global area, participating in global projects
  • On a 25 - 30 % of time basis, travel to each sub-region (Franco, UK, Germanic, Med, Iberica, Nordic, Eastern) to work with local HR Managers
My qualifications
  • Education: MA in HRM
  • Profound experience in HR roles in Europe within HR generalist/Manager function
  • Very good knowledge of all HR blocks and areas
  • Very good knowledge of European HR specifics, Unions, Labor law, etc.
  • Strong management skills
  • Strong literacy and communicator skills both verbally and orally
  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • Able to work in a challenging and constantly changing environment
  • Proactive and always looking for continuous improvement
  • English - Fluent - Any other European language is a must
