Senior Recruiter (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- You will be responsible for filling in the vacancies at senior professional and management level for Germany by following global recruiting guidance and process
- You will establish a close cooperation with HRBP and business to understand the business needs and to take it into consideration for our service delivery
- You ensure that clients and candidates make a positive recruitment experience
- You manage all recruiting services (e.g. candidate research via various career networks s.a LI or Xing; recruiting process, candidate interview, candidate assessment; consulting) like a product manager would handle a product, e.g. selling & promoting the process, understanding customer’s needs, continuously improve the products
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree and above and working experience in sourcing and recruiting in multinational companies; Healthcare experience is preferred
- Strong consultation and negotiation skills, ability to influence others
- Experience working in a matrix driven environment with a strong focus on results
- Strong project management and ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time
- Fluent in German and English
