My duties
  • Scheduling and preparing meetings/teleconferences
  • Organisation of high profile and complex internal and external meeting/events
  • Travel arrangement
  • Support monitoring of budget, tracking of expenses
  • Ensure flawless and prompt communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support on-boarding of new staff
My qualifications
  • Excellent oral and written English language skills, french is a plus, other language an advantage
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook
  • You are pro active and multitask
  • Ability to deliver high quality, accurate work within tight deadlines
