Your responsibilities
- •Analyze, add missing information, understand amd assign the area where the defect belongs to
- Track defect status with team members, participate in dailys & product demos
- Update defects between JIRA-ALM proactively on a daily basis (e.g. monitor through filters)
- Generate reports for internal and stakeholders meetings with insights & info on the critical/major issues to explain to the stakeholders and resolve dependencies
- Participate autonomously and on behalf of the PO/Team to all defect related meetings and are the single points of contact
- Defect Manager should be familiar with the product and architecture, current feature scope and future roadmap
Your profile
- Some years experience in Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Coordination and Test Execution
- Knowledge in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, HP ALM and similar ticket systems / tracking tools
