Senior Specialist Software Quality Management (m/w/d)
- Align the QM-/QS-strategy with the responsible QS-experts of the agile software development and supervise compliance with the Lean-QMS-approach
- Ensure an independent QM-/QS-reporting and support the QS-experts within the operational development teams
- Evaluate the process maturity level according to automotive Spice or similar process maturity evaluation models
- Recommend improvements in the project and supervise their implementation
- Continuously improve our existing software development processes
- Create and develop an appropriate documentation concept to pass the ISO-audit process
- Drive these activities in cooperation with X5's Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE spoke) and ensure sustainability in our process organization
- Completed university studies in the scientific field, computer science/business, informatics/electrical engineering or an equivalent qualification
- 3 years of practical experience of software development favored in branches like automotive, aerospace engineering, rail or health technology
- Working knowledge, experience or certifications with agile, lean and scaled agile working methods and frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, preferably with an experience in maturity level models (Automotive SPICE or CMMI) and embedded compliance
- Deally experience in quality assurance in software development (VBA, SVN, Stages, agile and model driven development)
- Fluent German and English language skills
