- Handle all incoming mails
- Help security to find the owner of shipments (when only PO is named on box) - Check status conference rooms (IT / Cleaning)
- Order catering for bigger meetings
- Organize site and team events/dinners
- Organize Health ahead Days
- Point of contact for shipment questions
- Order office supplies and refreshments
- Onboard new hires
- Correspondence with supplier to solve payment/PO issues
- Create special payment forms for non-invoice documents
- Practical experience in an administrative/office management role
- Experience in the hospitality field is an advantage
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to priotitize
- Driven self-starter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
