Meine Aufgaben
  • Strategic leadership on all recruiting, sourcing, on and offboarding frameworks
  • Develop, execute, and measure innovative and cost-effective recruiting, sourcing, on and offboarding strategy and frameworks
  • Design, implement and maintain scalable processes, tools, systems and training necessary to support the recruiting function across the company 
  • Document & implement standard interviewing & recruitment framework and guideline end to end (incl. Sonru, Taleo, SHL, rejected applicants, alumni)rollout of internal application site
  • Define most efficient external job posting sites, leverage cost efficiencies
  • Establish CRM and sourcing approach
  • Document & digitize the onboarding process end to end incl. reporting and onboarding curriculum
  • Establish labor market analytics and sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates
  • Establish relevant agency and headhunter MSA
  • Establish labor market analytics
  • Connect internal and external pipelining for critical roles
  • Establish alumni and referral framework
  • Standardize offboarding
  • Identify, track and report on relevant metrics and continually evaluate results and costs to assess effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure framework and systems are compliance with legal requirements and guidelines.
Meine Qualifikationen
  • University degree in a HR, business or education discipline or equivalent experience
  • Strong background related to recruiting, sourcing, referral and alumni management
  • Good project management capability and skills with the ability to multitask in changing environments
  • Strategic thinking combined with operational planning execution
  • Strong business acumen, the ability to drive change initiatives, strong analytical and negotiation skills, excellent process orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and "Customer Focus" with ability to positively interact at all levels of the organization including the executive team, hiring managers, HR managers and vendors
  • Data-driven with a proven ability to derive insights, establish metrics, monitor, and report against critical KPIs
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, compelling messaging
  • Able to work in a virtual, matrix organisation with stakeholders at different levels (Local / Regional / Global / Corporate), fosters X-BU alignment
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
