- Coordinate all local activities within our Business Transformation Program, including the upcoming SAP S/4 HANA implementation
- Ensure that project milestones are achieved on time with proper solutions avoiding business disturbances
- Closely collaborate with local Key-users / Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to investigate and prioritize business requirements
- Match business requirements with future IS infrastructure capabilities
- Coordinate with the global project organization, global functions and the Business Engagement Manager (BEM) of the local IS organization to address the needs and to define the best solution
- Design and implement cost-effective business processes using information systems-based solutions to business problems
- Develop, prepare and implement processes that ensure reduced cycle time, reduced overhead and improve overall process efficiency
- Support Business Unit domain experts on global program implementation locally to follow the global processes and solutions and harmonize the way business is conducted
- The successful applicant will be a Project Manager, with a strong vertical in managing SAP projects
- Must have extensive experience of working for large IT services/IT outsourcing companies, with strong client facing experience
- An in-depth understanding of ERP SAP business solutions as a Project Manager
- S4/Hana experience is desirable
- Establish and maintain a project plan in conjunction with the existing business system owners to track and monitor delivery progress for agreed changes
