My duties
  • Executive level administrative support (Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling travel and conferences, making appointments, and making changes to appointments)
  • Arranging travel and correspondence (booking, travel logistics, and preparing individual travel dossiers for each trip)
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Taking minutes
  • Preparing presentations and reports
  • Receiving clients and visitors
  • Regulatory tasks (Processing and maintenance of documents into Submission Repository System or other relevant systems, Data entry and maintenance into regulatory databases)
My qualifications
  • Business administration, Commercial degree or equivalent
  • Profound experience in international environment, supporting a global function, as a personal/executive assistant
  • Experience in Regulatory Affairs
  • Profound experience as an Executive Assistant in an international environment reporting directly to senior management
  • Excellent command of English spoken and written, good command of German spoken and written
  • Proficient in MS Office
