My duties
  • Daily service management for the application portfolio
  • Service performance reporting and vendor management
  • Budgeting (run & minor development) and budget compliance, InVoice verification
  • Implementation of improvement activities
  • Agree and manage SLA towards business and OLA towards other services (applicable only for Infra and platform CoEs)
  • Maintenance and consistency of the service structure within the service
  • Project Management (run smaller projects)
  • Service and application harmonization
  • Work together with other service managers and HoF to coordinate service development activities
  • Work together with Solution Managers in a development / minor enhancement area
  • Work together with Project Managers to ensure that service implementations following group IT standards
  • Work together with Infrastructure Solution and Service Managers to ensure that Infrastructure changes do not impact application services
  • Provide input to the development budge
  • Service security, integrity and compliancy
My qualifications
  • Education level with major subject(s) etc.: Academic degree or qualifications required
  • Work experience from jobs, functions, industries etc.
  • Experience in Global Production Industry (ideal Metal/Steel) and Supply Chain
