My duties
  • Ensure project plans are created and maintained, deliverables tracked against time and cost
  • Identify and communicate project dependencies
  • Support and coordinate publication, review and sign-off of major Project Management and SAP ERP deliverables
  • Prepare and coordinate project status reports for project update meetings
  • Coordinate quality activities to meet quality objectives; manage project risks, issues and change control, communicate the impact to the project
  • Support the budget management process and control
  • Support the resource planning, allocation and management
My qualifications
  • University background in business, information technology or equivalent working experience
  • Proven track record in project management assistance
  • Business English skills
  • Fluent German language skills
