Your responsibilities
- Creation and maintenance of project and study plans in iMAP/Planisware
- Development of plans and study protocols into a meaningful, robust project plan, which is captured on a project management platform
- Tracking project and study progress through reporting and ensure that plans are a reliable source of information for senior management and decision makers
- Close cooperation with PDLs (Project Operational Data Leads) to provide insights on project trending and progress scenarios to enable Project Managers (PMs), Clinical Operation Leads (COLs), and Clinical Trial Leads (CTLs) to steer and drive projects proactively
- Provide transparency on timing and sizing of current and future resource needs for portfolio management to enable decision making and prioritization
- Provide timeline, budget, and resource planning for research and development projects and clinical studies to project and trial teams, as well as to R&D management
- Effective collaboration with project managers, and project controllers to forecast cost demand of the projects in IMAP on a quarterly and yearly basis as well as to perform periodic variance analysis
- Contribution to the development of meaningful reporting and performance evaluation of study, project, and program portfolio enabling study teams, project teams and senior management to proactively manage performance
- Identification of areas for improvements, provide recommendations and implement changes to established business processes, best practices and methodology
Your profile
- A degree in natural sciences or a comparable qualification
- Advanced user experience with project scheduling tool Planisware
- Strong interpersonal communication, influencing and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to understand, influence and work in interdisciplinary teams / multi-cultural environment
- Very good understanding of bio-pharmaceutical R&D value chain and underlying productivity drivers
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Ability to translate project team´s insight needs, and to identify data sources and analytical / reporting solutions to provide insights based on data
- Ability to coordinate & organize multiple sources of schedule inputs/performance data into a master schedule platform and communicate project/program status reports to all relevant stakeholders
