  • Competent support of the managing director in the operative daily business
  • General office organization
  • Independent coordination of schedule and time management 
  • Preparation and follow-up of appointments, video or telephone conferences and events
  • Organization of complex meetings, as well as certain research activities  
  • Travel management and travel expense accounting
  • Interface to guests and business partners as well as internal departments
My qualifications
  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Ideally professional experience in the assistance area of a dynamic company
  • Master user of MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Independent, structured and forward-looking way of working
  • Confident as well as equally friendly appearance
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • High degree of loyalty, reliability, flexibility and absolute discretion
