Your responsibilities
- Billing operation: Issuing invoices to customers for Prague branch
- Data input in KFF system
- Achievement extraction: System extraction of shipping-related achievement for Prague branch
- Coordination with other departments, warehouses, other branch and overseas bases etc.
- Customer service: Responding to inquiries related to import /Export and triangle business to existing and new customers and overseas bases by e-mail, telephone and face to face conversation
- Others(if any) : to be negotiated
Your profile
- Language skills (German /English business level)
- Good communication skill with colleagues
- Honest personality (Not hesitate to ask colleagues if he or she has any questions)
- Good reliability to follow up working instruction (SOP) properly.
- Microsoft office skill
- Experienced in customer service
- A strong sense of responsibility
