My duties
  • Asset Management & SCADA Solutions aims to maximise the value of its assets – optimises and reports physical assets (asset management, optimizing maintenances, reporting on various different KPI`s)- Complex and non-standard IT solutions reflecting the complexity of the business and the ambition being first in the market
  • The purpose is to further develop and maintain code for the commercial asset management as well as for the optimization of power plant maintenances
  • You will become part of a project team where you need to collaborate close with your colleagues to provide the best possible frontend solution to our business partners

My qualifications
  • An expert in C#/.net development including WPF, WCF and REST WebAPIs
  • Experienced in managing Windows Servers, Failover Cluster, Windows Services and Scheduled Tasks
  • Very good knowledge in SQL, XML, CSV and json
  • Good knowledge of AWS Services, especially Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Kubernetes
  • Good knowledge of Testing (unit and integration), experience in TDD and the use of Clean Code Methods
  • You should strongly believe in using design patterns, discussing architecture before implementing as well as code reviews and continuous code improvement
  • Bebeficial: Knowledge in OsiSoft PI
  • Ability to quickly understand complex business processes and get up to speed with the applications that are required by the CAM CE Power business. Comprehend the interactions between these processes and applications
  • Streamlining of processes, increasing process transparency, reduction of complexity and design of future proof software solution that aim to reduce user workload and technical debt
  • Use of collaboration and tracking tools (Azure DevOps & Confluence)
  • Consulting with the CAO CE business during all developments and keeping the business up to date with progress
  • Determine the pros and cons of different alternatives through planning and discussion with the rest of the Embedded IT team
  • Good level of written and spoken English
