  • Overall responsible for Aftersales and Service IT topics
  • Edit and management of Aftersales related business requirements 
  • Designing of the Aftersales/Service IT process (e.g. repair, warranty claim, part & accessories, etc.)
  • Focal point to Aftersales/Service department for IT topics
My qualifications
  • Professional experience as a Service/Aftersales IT manager, Salesforce Service Cloud Solution Architect or other related positions
  • Profound experience in Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Very good knowledge of Automotive Aftersales/Service processes
  • Work experience in Service DMS administration
  • Basic knowledge of Automotive OEM Aftersales
