My duties
  • You monitor the Corporate Business Intelligence project portfolio based on defined KPIs to identify issues owing to portfolio structure, costs, risks, inter-dependencies, impact on current business activities
  • You guarantee transparency on Corporate Business Intelligence projects, priorities, dependencies, status and risk assessment and present for alignment to the business stakeholders (Key Account Management/ Sales and business representatives of Land/Air/Ocean/Logistics)
  • You notify Corporate Business Intelligence management of issues and recommend/monitor corrective action
  • You ensure quality and accuracy of Corporate Business Intelligence project status reporting and adherence to the Global Project Portfolio Management guidelines and regulations
  • You plan, manage and control agreed application roadmaps in the domains related to Corporate Business Intelligence in close agreement with the regions and countries
  • You support the implementation of Demand2Benefit process within the Corporate Business Intelligence department and act as a single point of contact to this and further IT Governance processes
My qualifications
  • You have a study to Master’s degree in related technical/business areas – ideally in IT – or equivalent work experience
  • You have extensive experience in managing IT projects and business relationships and full understanding of the demand specification, solution strategy, IT architecture management and portfolio management processes and tasks
  • You are experienced in leading virtual/cross-functional global teams
  • You are fluent in business English (written and verbal) and you have strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills
  • You have proficient knowledge of program and project management frameworks like PMI and PRINCE as well as proven experience in IT project portfolio management
