My duties
  • Be responsible for data validation, resolving discrepancies within tight deadlines, and address payroll inquiries from employees in a timely manner
  • Work with the team to contribute to continuous process harmonization and improvement, development of payroll policies and procedure documentation to ensure up-to-date guidelines
  • Oversee all activities necessary to process payrolls, including maintaining related records, filing tax reports and voluntary deduction reports, processing involuntary deductions such as levies and garnishments, preparing monthly payroll reconciliations, journal and accrual reports
  • Provide ideas, solutions, and tools to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of payroll operations
  • Be the main point of contact on a country level for internal and external audits by coordinating payroll feedback
  • Manage relationships with various stakeholders and payroll providers
  • Stay up to date with local payroll regulations and reply to tax notices, wage orders, unemployment claims, and government correspondences
My qualifications
  • Relevant experience in payroll managment in an international organization  
  • First payroll management experience in an international organization (preferable) 
  • Highly collaborative and team oriented
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, discipline and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English and German (mandatory)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills/mindset
  • Highly proficient in interpreting new rules and regulations as well as implementation of new processes

Salary details
  • Depending on the qualification and the experience, you can expect at least 40.000 EUR annual salary based on 40-hour-week.
