- Define requirements and specifications with respect to all connectivity functions integrated in the connected car services
- Understand vehicle OEM requirements for connectivity services and service integration
- Analyse and manage the collaboration with third-party suppliers and data contents providers
- Execute benchmarking activities to identify new technologies for future platforms and promote the feature integration into practice
- Maintain and operate OTA(Over the Air) services
- Field service quality analysis and troubleshooting
- Documentation (Service manual, Training Material, Report)
- Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or similar (Or equivalent career experiences)
- 1-3 years of experience in a field such as mobile network, IT operation.
- Analytical skill based on process development and improvement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- German driver’s license
- Understanding mobile network technologies (GSM, UMTS and LTE) would be ideal but is not essential
- Basic knowledge of RF
- Fluent English language as well as excellent presentation skills
