


- Provide necessary support and in the installation of Microsoft Office 365 (cloud) and Microsoft OS
- Reset computers when requested by global service desk
- Ensure that Local Network is properly maintained
- Troubleshoot and repair LAN cabling issues and other LAN related issues
- Ensure UNAIDS ICT equipment are accessible and securely stored
- Provide support for UNAIDS internal and external meetings when required
- Assist the office in liaising with local vendors regarding technical issues
- Assist in shipping and receiving IT equipment
- Log all support tasks using UNAIDS' global ticketing system based on guidelines provided by the Service Desk team
- Extended knowledge of Microsoft Operating system
- Extended knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite (Office, Outlook, OneDrive, MS Teams, etc.) and cloud environment
- Optional: Microsoft System Certified Engineer (MSCE) certification
- Thorough practical knowledge in networking and good engineering skills
- Good knowledge of Zoom and ability to support Zoom meetings
- Demonstrated ability to work with user's community
- Ability to communicate in English, in writing and verbally
