


- Support in implementing IT solutions taking into account IT guidelines, IT specifications, IT methods and processes, IT architecture and securing IT qualification standards
- Global IT Support in all infrastructure domains
- End-to-End issue coordination
- Responsible for processing all IT service requests through the corporate ticketing system incl. CMDB/CMS
- Provide updates, written and oral reports as required
- Consult with outside vendors as required
- Monitoring and maintenance of the excisiting enviornment
- Experience in operation of enterprise MS SQL, MySQL and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of relational DB’s, T-SQL, high availability solutions
- Knowledge of SQL Server 2005- 2017 (2019)
- Knowledge of BI solutions
- Knowledge of cloud services (AZURE, AWS) is a plus
- Experience with optimization of the SQL code is a plus
- Knowledge of high availability environments, operating systems, monitoring & IT security
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Azure or AWS ecosystem and integration into existing landscapes
- Experience in a similar IT support role, preferably in a corporate environment
- ITIL V3 or 4 Foundation certificate is a plus
- Familiarity with Jira ServiceDesk is a plus
- German is a plus, English is a must
