My duties
  • Establish and steer task force group for specific EV-Spare Parts Homologation topics
  • Ensure standard automotive quality management and the supply of certified and approved spare parts
  • Ensure the parts homologation/certification for the contract territory 
  • Process Development & Implementation & Operations
  • Liase with a Logistics Center, certification service provider, logistics service 
  • Provider, internal departments, i.e. Customs & Tax etc.
  • Provide all relevant technical and logistical master data to the logistics center and regularly review the correctness
  • Provide all necessary documentation (PPAP, IMDS, MSDS, Country of origin, HS Codes according to EU regulations for customs purposes, Parts specification, Drawings, all relevant certificates)
  • Certification in accordance with DIN ISO 14001 and Audit of OEM according to DIN ISO 9001 – 2015
  • Ensure of legal requirements (European Chemicarl Regulations, Battery Law, End-of-Life, Packaging, Certification)
My qualifications
  • University degree in Business Administration, Business Management or comparable degree
  • Excellent understanding of International Trade, Compliance, Customs regulations and Certifications
  • Profound job experience in certification and regulatory topics in Logistics or Service providers and/or Customs environment
  • Distinctive operative experience in the area of automotive spare parts homologation, preferably for EV
  • Experience with international and diverse cross-cultural environment ideally gained within the automotivesector 
  • Knowledge / Functional Expertise Basic automotive technical know-how, preferably with Electrical Vehicles (EV) 
  • Big data knowledge, advanced MS-Office skills (i.e. Excel) and understanding/ handling for application in the area of responsibility 
  • Self-driven with excellent organizational skills (ability to manage multiple tasks) as well as social organizational skills, with strong intercultural competence
  • Very good English skills, ideally also fluent in a Non-German European language or Chinese
