My duties
  • Strategize with key Stakeholders to build social media plans, including close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align on upcoming social media campaigns and on-going community management
  • Manage and supervise the implementation and execution of paid social strategies across key platforms (primarily YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram) to achieve business KPIs, including brand awareness, demand generation, and channel growth
  • Review and give direction on social media content creation, influencers, and campaigns for quality, accuracy, and relevance
  • Act as an ambassador for the social media function across the business, helping stakeholders understand the full value and power of social media
  • Daily management of and collaboration with key agency partner to deliver on-time projects and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Implementation of audacious ideas to help social media team and channels to constantly evolve and grow
  • Responsible for planning and maintaining the budget
My qualifications
  • University degree preferably in the field of communication sciences or comparable
  • Professional experience in developing, optimizing, and coordinating the implementation of Social Media strategies across organic, paid, and influencer channels with excellent cross-collaboration with other teams (e.g. PR - Website – Product)
  • Substantial experience in monitoring and analyzing social media channels (including community management), paid campaigns, content performance and influencer programs for reporting
  • Strong expertise in managing monthly/quarterly social media calendars, including overseeing Content Production briefs, timelines, and budgets
  • Solid experience in budget and daily agency management
  • Well-versed in new and emerging digital trends with a high level of creativity and passion for creating social media-first content
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Attentive to details with a hands-on mentality and ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Experience in luxury, lifestyle, or automotive preferred
  • Business Fluency in English language; German language is beneficial
