- Development of the strategic direction of Identity as a service within IT and Business (Service lifecycle, strategy, guidelines, policies and standards)
- IDAM/PAM service delivery following agreed SLA’s
- Demand management and service ownership
- Definition and further development of guidelines for IDAM/PAM
- Controlling (planning, forecast, actual) of agreed budget and measurement of goal achievement
- Monitoring of IDAM/PAM and reporting including external service providers
- Benchmarking and determination of the IDAM/PAM and cross-functional security services
- Bachelor/ Master degree in information technology or related field
- IT security experience in a large complex organization
- Proven ability of abstract thinking and understanding complex technical and process setups
- Excellent knowledge in Operation of IDAM/PAM security solutions using actual components (SailPoint, CyberArk and cloud solutions)
- Good knowledge of IDAM/PAM service delivery
- Ability to lead and manage change, thinking creatively "outside the box" to deliver innovative and cost effective strategies and roadmaps that work end-to-end and can be adapted as required
- Able to influence and work effectively in multiple cultures and at a range of levels including very good communication skills (German and English)
- Experience of managing various and conflicting business demands
- Prepare, manage and control budgets adhering to IT Controlling processes and standards
- Relevant certifications in cyber security management (e.g. CISSP, CISM)
- A highly motivated team and an open way of communication
- Possibilities to work in a home office
