


- Definition, implementation, and execution of the processes for the definition, maintenance, and conformance management of the Enterprise Architecture for one business domain (for the commercial part: marketing, sales, service)
- Update and maintenance of the key Enterprise Architecture deliverable
- Establishment and maintenance of contacts within business units and the overall program to understand business activities and business drivers, business requirements, solutions strategies and alternatives, etc., being considered and/or implemented
- Architectural leadership in the resolutions of inter-program or cross-functional issues
- Managing a small team of (Enterprise) architects
- Working together with software architects from the different implementation teams within the program
- Develop and manage Enterprise Architecture deliverables: Responsible for maintaining target and current architecture
- Auditing compliance within the Enterprise Architecture standards
- Serving as an advisor to senior business management on business and information
- Integration strategies
- Profound experience in systems design/software architecture or systems architecture, ideally for relevant tech stack
- First experience in a similar role as a leading enterprise architect
- Broad experience in different sectors (manufacturing, engineering, planning). Preferred industry experience is healthcare/life sciences or a similar regulated industry
- Excellent technical, analytical, and management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent understanding of modern and appropriate technologies focussed on the marketing, sales and customer service area (digital)
- Hands-on experience developing and building models based on an Enterprise Architecture Framework
- Relevant Tech Stack: IQVIA/Salesforce (CRM+MCM), Reltio MDM, MuleSoft, Adobe Experience Manager (CMS), Aprimo (DAM), Adobe Captivate (LMS), Zendesk & Talkdesk (CSaaS), Tableau (BI), Data Lake (AWS), Mobile Apps (IOS), portal solutions, CIAM, Akamai, shop solution e.G. Magento or Salesforce Commerce Cloud
