


- Directing the HR department and continuously improving people processes and procedures
- Acting as leadership and labor law council for the local Executive Management
- Working closely with various departments, guiding line managers in order to understand and implement policies and procedures
- Liaising with a range of people involved in policy areas, such as Works Council and Unions
- Ensure solide processes, such as succession planning, organization and talent -reviews, performance management and retention management
- Responsibility for strategic workforce planning, identifying future requirements in terms of skills and competencies and transforming this into a personnel development and hiring tactic
- Directing leadership assessment in the organization, identifying key employee abilities and development needs, in order to recognize, select, retain and develop key talent
- Recruiting executive staff, which involves developing job descriptions and personnel specifications
- Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions and collective agreements
- Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
- Developing HR planning strategies for a strong local employer branding and competitive personnel development in accordance with Global People Strategy
- Bachelor or, preferably, Master's Degree in the field of Human Resources, Social Science, Business Administration or other related discipline
- Relevant experience as Human Resources Manager
- Broad experience dealing with Work Councils and Unions is a must
- Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
- Effective communication and change management skills required
- Ability to instigate change and align local leadership teams across a matrix structure
- The ability to analyse, interpret and explain employment law
- Integrity and approachability, as managers and staff must feel able to discuss sensitive and confidential issues with one
- Curiosity and a willingness to challenge organizational culture
- Ability to influence and negotiate skills to implement personnel policies
- Strategic agility and the ability to influence and align senior leaders
