- You will be responsible for coordinating the distribution of finished goods, bulk and API
- You will ensure supply to our customers in time and in quality
- Your daily activities will include effective and timely communication with customers and all related stakeholders (internal and external), shipment scheduling and the preparation of shipment documents
- You will have the chance to work on process improvements, help to define and implement measures to improve the performance of distribution processes and take over related projects or workstreams
- You will report to the Head of Distribution, affiliates & 3rd Parties
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration / Industrial Engineering (or related fields), Master’s degree is a plus, or completed commercial education, in either case combined with related working experience
- Professional experience in an international and multicultural environment, deep knowledge of Order-to-Cash process and logistics processes as well as being familiar with export documentation, legal requirements and import regulations in the assigned countries
- Profound knowledge of SAP/S4 Hana SD+LE modules and SAP TM (key-user experience is a plus), ability to work with supply chain systems and tools, sound knowledge of common Computer software (Windows, office, outlook…)
- Excellent command of German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong project management skills, business acumen, value chain thinking and a strong customer orientation
- Team player with excellent communication skills and social competencies, result driven working method, quick learner, always open for changes and innovation
- 30 days leave per year
