Your responsibilities

  • Collaboration with Used Car business owner for planning and creation of business proposals with IT and/ or customer experience components
  • Perform initial assessment of Used Car business proposals from IT infrastructure and customer experience perspective
  • Project coordination and partner integration
  • Support dedicated IT infrastructure and customer experience components of Used Car partner integrations (i.e. remarketing platform and portal; online trade-in valuation, Used Car logistics)
  • Coordination of supplier IT, smart IT infrastructure and customer experience teams
  • Process & technology testing & continuous improvement
  • Support Used Car specific testing of tools, internal workflows and customer journeys
  • Continuous improvement of Used Car technology with smart IT and customer experience team as well suppliers
  • Technology partner liaison
  • Support external Used Car technology partners post go-live during operational phase (e.g. remarketing platform)
  • Single-point-of contact for all Used Car topics at PMO
  • Representation of Used Car in regular PMO program increment planning meetings (every 6 weeks)
  • Support of Used Car process descriptions in Confluence and Jira
  • Management of Used Car task tracker
  • Continuous tracking of Used Car tasks and timelines 
  • Identification and monitoring of dependencies with internal and external stakeholders

Your profile

  • Diploma in Business and/or IT from school / University or longer relevant professional experience
  • Experience within an OEM sales/ retail organization (new or used) or an automotive technology, e-commerce company (new or used car)
  • Experience in project management, 
  • Experience in IT infrastructure, databases and security, 
  • Experience in digital transformation and eCommerce (incl. related technologies), 
  • Excellent understanding of the automotive wholesale and retail environment
  • International mindset and ability to work in a multicultural work environment
  • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent listening and presentation abilities
  • Inspire confidence, encourage positive working atmosphere and create trust
  • Solid foundation in MS Office Suite, Confluence/ Jira (Atlassian products)
  • Rudimentary knowledge in common programming languages is a plus
  • Excellent business English, other European languages are a plus
