My duties
  • Actively manage and oversee the initial phase of the recruiting process and support from the first request of the hiring manager until the position is filled
  • Contribute to/participate in strategic topics in the field of Recruiting and Employer Branding based on the companies’ priorities
  • Liaise and work closely with team members of the regional HR team, the global recruiting team, works council and shared service unit
  • Manage global / local staffing projects from A-Z; arrangement of interviews (face to face, phone and webex), briefing meetings with hiring managers, preparation of job postings, leading and conducting interviews and making offer to final candidates in alignment with the HR Business Partners
  • Leverage available advertising sources and apply relevant candidate marketing strategies to create local, regional and global awareness (if needed) in order to attract qualified applications for key roles within your area of responsibility
  • Active sourcing of candidates in Social Media and building global internal and external pipelines of potential candidates
  • Produce and further enhance recruitment reports (ad-hoc and regular)
My qualifications
  • University degree in business administration, economics with focus on Human Resources or in other related field
  • Relevant working experience in Human Resources, especially in Recruiting, preferably in a global organization
  • Strong track record of driving a holistic recruiting strategy and global recruiting initiatives (i.e. proactive recruiting, internal talent attraction, diversity, etc.) and achieving goals
  • Skilled user of social media platforms and proven experience in sourcing candidates via such platforms
  • Excellent command of English (verbal and written) and German is mandatory
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal/consulting skills
  • Energetic and flexible approach to work, able to adapt to changes quickly
  • Pro-active and results-oriented person with high service orientation
  • Good process and time management skills
  • Good project management skills
  • Strong team player with proven experience to collaborate across different teams
  • Excellent MS Office skills, experience with SAP e-recruiting and/or other applicant tracking systems

Salary details
  • Yearly salary of up to € 75.000,00 p.a., depending on working experience and qualifications
