


- Assist the reporting manager in creating analyses and reports for Higher Management
- Responsible for tracking performance of National Sales Companies and creating reports for the same
- Utilize ERP & CRM tools to monitor regional performance
- Tracking sales order pipeline and monitoring inventory position and reporting
- Organize and optimize sales management activities, e.g. forecasting processes
- Support the reporting manager in tracking production status by model and country to deliver the right product at the right time
- Work closely with the Sales Team of each NSC in core operational activities related to ordering/product mix/sales pipeline
- Support the reporting manager in gathering market and competitor data to make meaningful analyses for GME and NSCs
- General administration / reporting / product support as required
- You have successfully completed a university degree in business administration with commercial/technical specialization or comparable
- You have experience in Sales, preferably in the automotive sector
- You have excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Experience with Business intelligence tools like PowerBI, Tableau is a plus
- You are an analytical thinker
- You are goal, result & detail oriented
- You have excellent presentation skills
- You are a team player and willing to become a Genesis Ambassador, able to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Fluency in English language is a must; any other language is an advantage
