


- Supporting the development of the local Medical Strategy and Medical Plan within the therapeutic area related to Cardio Renal Metabolism
- Implementing the local Medical/Non-Promotional Plan for a respective medicine(s)
- Provide medical and scientific expertise to projects and support related activities such as educational programs, satellite symposia and communication campaigns
- Support disease area external collaboration and engagement plan and collaborations with external experts
- Providing strategic medical review for promotional and non-promotional materials and communications
- Support cross-functional activities and support the appropriate use of medicine(s) within clinical practice and patient pathways
- Providing medical input into regulatory and / or reimbursement assessment submissions
- Understand the competitive landscape well and provide medical input with respect to competitor landscape and scenario planning
- Provide product-specific guidance and training to office and field based colleagues
- Support the local evidence generation program in collaboration with Market Access function within area(s) of focus
- Medical doctor, Veterinarian, Pharmacist or other natural science degree
- Prior experience working within Medical Affairs in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable
- Clinical experience and / or academic experience in cardiology / cardiovascular medicine is desirable
- Knowledge of the development and implementation of clinical trials, including data analysis and interpretation preferred
- Knowledge of the regulatory process and associated governance of medicines is preferred
- Experience in working in a cross-functional / matrix team setting in collaboration with other functional partners and ability to work in virtual teams
- Excellent communication skills as well as presentation, training and facilitation skills
- Full command of German and English language
- Excellent team player with an analytic, proactive and goal-oriented attitude
