My duties
  • Coordination of activities for the E2E service transition in a global environment in cooperation with other brands, suppliers and agile teams
  • Consulting and training of members from agile teams with regard the transition process
  • Reviewing and releasing transition work products
  • Create status and progress reports
  • Plan, coordinating and executing live demos in collaboration with process partners
  • Conduct continuous improvement activities including lessons learned workshops
My qualifications
  • Degree in economics, business administration, computer science or related field, work experience in Digital Services and/or IT Service Management
  • Advanced knowledge of agile methods and IT service management
  • Analytical thinking and structured and proactive work behavior
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Openness to work comfortably in a constantly evolving environment and with agile methods, affinity to mobility and connection services
