Your responsibilities

  • You know how to write and publish convincing job profiles
  • You will identify suitable candidate profiles on social media platforms, target potential candidates through active sourcing and build talent pools
  • You design and moderate selection procedures, select and manage Recruiting Partners and advise the hiring managers on staffing decisions
  • You execute first class candidate experience through valuing and attentive communication
  • You administer, organize, and execute the interviews
  • You create the employment contract offer and negotiate the contract components

Your profile

  • University degree  
  • A proven record in recruiting gained at either a corporate recruiting function, consultancy or executive search firm focused on identifying, attracting, and hiring highly talented individuals who are in great demand
  • Good knowledge of marketplace trends and recruiting processes and comfort in managing the full lifecycle of recruiting candidates; executive search skills advantageous
  • Passion for and first experience in defining innovative approaches for recruiting diverse profiles across ethnic and gender diversity; out of the box thinker to find and attract these profiles with a proven track record in successful hiring
  • Fluency in English and German (orally and written) 
  • Good knowledge of Russian or Bulgarian is an advantage 
  • International experience desired
  • Proficiency in relevant tools, i.e. Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Avature), MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel), LinkedIn
