My duties
  • Develop the Service Engineering concepts as well as strategies to enable extended vehicle repair possibilities and modifications.
  • Collect and define business requirements and cooperate with IT to ensure availabiliity of necessary information for Authorized Retailers as well as Independent Service Providers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in smart Europe and smart Automobile (CN) to ensure availability of Special Tools and Workshop Equipment and define strategies to implement a collaboration model with a leading company in automotive and the necessary communication to the Retailer Network.
  • Be the interface between Aftersales, IT, Product management and smart Automobile CN (CN) for all Aftersales relevant vehicle technical topics.
  • Be the point of contact in smart Europe for User Manuals, Workshop Information, Special Tools and Workshop Equipment and establish and maintain relationships with the Retail Engagement Center and be the interface for all stakeholders for all Aftersales relevant vehicle technical topics. 
  • Responsibility for smooth repair procedures and processes for Authorized Retailers and Independent Service Providers, ensure training on-the-job, continuous improvement and developing KPI’s and reporting on vehicle technical topics.  
My qualifications
  • Bachelor or University degree in Automotive Engineering
  • Deep Automotive technical Understanding on the area of electrical vehicles
  • Proven Experiences (5+ yrs) in the fields of technical support, service Engineering and diagnostics with in Aftersales environment. 
  • Experience with international and diverse cross-cultural environment ideally gained within the automotive sector (2+ years) 
  • Knowledge and understanding of customer dedication and the overall business Aftersales business principles
  • Project experience is an asset
  • Big data knowledge, oriented to process automation, advanced MS-Office skills (e.g. Excel, Project), collaboration tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira) and understanding/ handling for application in the area of responsibility
