Your responsibilities
- Work in joint product teams to drive the full implementation of customer-oriented shop floor solutions
- Assist product owner in creating and shaping product vision and strategy
- Facilitate between stakeholders and the product team
- Set up and maintain outcome oriented product roadmaps
- Work out assumptions, hypotheses, experiments and metrics in order to validate and prioritize product features
- Identification of user needs using qualitative and quantitative research remethods
- Describing an IT product in user stories to create a product backlog, including design and implementation
- Focus on delivering the MVP (minimum viable product)
- Development of graphical navigation and interaction elements together with UX/UI designers
- Member in a balanced team of ux/ui designers and developers
Your profile
- Completed technical/university studies in the field of economics, computer science or equivalent
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Extended knowledge in the areas: Professional software product management, Conduction of continuous qualitative and quantitative user research, Navigation of complex decision making, moderation of workshops
- Know-how in end to end software development processes
- Deepened knowledge in the areas: User centricity, identification of user needs, networked mobility solutions and its user interfaces
- Working with lean methodes and agile teams
