Your responsibilities

  • You will provide end-to-end HR support for employees and Engineering Leads. This includes, but is not limited to recruiting, onboarding, contract management, absence management, learning & development, performance & talent management, compensation & benefits, retention, organizational design, and offboarding
  • You will ensure an exceptional Employee Experience and advise employees on all HR topics
  • You will be the HR Business Partner for certain departments supporting and advising Heads and Engineering Leads on all relevant HR processes related to building and retaining high performing teams to support the execution of MBition's strategic objectives
  • You will develop partnerships with other HR teams (e.g. Center of Competence, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, HR Projects & Digitalization), internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholders & vendors to propose innovative ideas as well as integrated and effective HR solutions & process improvements
  • Together with the executives and HR colleagues, you will work on projects and implement strategies
  • You will support the HR reporting and create overviews for our internal stakeholders
  • You will always consider HR data protection and HR compliance

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on human resources or you have completed a comparable education
  • You have  experience in an HR Generalist/HR Business Partner or similar role and a good understanding of topics such as performance and talent management, employee relations, onboarding, staffing, organizational design.
  • You have strong client relationship management skills and demonstrated experience in advising employees on HR topics.
  • You have a proven record of being able to quickly build trust and collaborative relationships within the team, but also with key partners and customers.
  • You are familiar in the fields of German Labor Law, HR-Data protection and HR-Compliance
  • You have proven track record of working internationally and ideally already gained experience in a tech environment.
  • You are a team player with a positive attitude, hands-on-mentality and get things done
  • You have a huge attention to detail and data accuracy
  • You have an analytical mindset with an affinity for critical thinking
  • Excellent German (C1) and English (mind. B2+) skills complete your profileYou have a strong business sense and a customer focus
