My duties
  • As Recruiting Specialist you proactively and autonomously support the Recruiter as well as the hiring manager
  • You are responsible for planning, execution and continuous monitoring of Recruiting and Talent Acquisition processes
  • As Recruiting Specialist you are the expert in all Recruiting-related IT Systems and external platforms and make sure that those tools are utilized in an efficient way
  • Moreover you are accountable for screening all incoming candidate applications based on defined and aligned criteria with Recruiter and Hiring Manager
  • You participate in other overarching topics such as cross-functional projects and source/identifies potential candidates in social business networks (e.g. XING or LinkedIN) for selected requisitions
My qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent
  • Professional experience and expert knowledge in the field of Recruiting
  • First international experience would be a plus
  • High IT-affinity for tool and social business network usage incl. analytical skills
  • Very good English skills and preferably a third language
