Consultant/Senior Consultant (m/f/d) *
Location: Basel, Zurich, Bern or Geneva
Your Duties:
  • You will identify the decision-makers of potential customers from the IT, engineering, finance or pharmaceutical industry and persuade them via telephone and through personal presentations to collaborate with Hays
  • You will acquire recruitment orders from new and existing customers and select suitable specialists
  • Through active relationship management and comprehensive service, you will ensure an ideal, smooth placement process for both your customers and specialists
  • You will conduct contract negotiations with customers and specialists in a professional and successful manner
  • You will be the competent contact person for your customers and assigned specialists – during the placement process and beyond
Your Qualifications:
  • Ideally, you have a university degree in a business-related or technical field or a vocational qualification in the commercial area and relevant professional experience
  • In order to start as Senior Consultant: you have already gained relevant professional experience in the personnel service area and established a network of contacts to decision-makers from the IT, engineering, finance or pharmaceutical industry
  • You enjoy working in the sales area and convincing people by providing facts and benefit arguments
  • You have a great focus on performance and success and an entrepreneurial way of thinking which you contribute in order to ensure the team’s success and thus the company’s growth
  • You are a self-confident sales talent with diplomatic skills
  • You communicate with decision-makers in a professional and successful way – both on the phone and in personal meetings
  • Ideally, you have good or even business fluent language skills in English
