Hays maintained its leadership position in the RPO sector from the previous year and further expanded its standing. In 2025, Hays is ranked as a Leader in the EMEA region, compared to 26 evaluated service providers.


Key strengths in the RPO segment include the expansion of talent advisory services, the provision of value-added solutions such as 'Equity and Inclusion,' and Hays’ well-distributed regional presence.
