Sobald wir ein passendes Projekt für Sie gefunden haben, nehmen wir den Kontakt zu Ihnen auf und stellen Ihnen Ihren potenziellen Projektpartner vor. Besteht Interesse an dem Projekt, stellen wir den Kontakt zu dem Kunden her. Danach erfolgt ein persönliches Gespräch direkt mit dem Projektpartner oder der Projektpartnerin.

4. Contract
with Hays

If both parties are interested in collaborating, all of the relevant framework conditions will be agreed with Hays. Hays then acts as a contractual partner for both parties.
You can also look for exciting projects in our project market yourself. Once you have found an interesting project, simply apply for it. The rest of the procedure is then controlled by us.
