Our independent Compliant Sourcing® consulting team is an integral part of our concept certified by TÜV. Together with you, this team develops individual solutions for a legally compliant assignment in an independent service contract and statements of work.

Our team brings in an extensive market expertise and a multitude of best practices (from more than 350 customer appointments per year).

Due to our close cooperation with our internal legal department as well as renowned external commercial law firms, we are always up-to-date and have a knowledge advantage, which we are happy to share with you at any time. We discuss compliant sourcing-related topics at political level in regular exchanges with our representative office in the capital city. In addition, we regularly train the Hays internal organisation with regards to the legally compliant deployment of external personnel.
