The enquiry, which is created by the specialist department in 3 Story Software, is checked for completeness by the Service Team, approved by Purchasing and automatically sent to the relevant suppliers. Our compliance checklist helps you to make a legally compliant decision.

2. Offer
The offers submitted by the suppliers are checked by the service team, pre-selected for the customer and renegotiated taking into account market prices.

3. Selection and Comissioning
The resource is selected, commissioned and approved in 3 Story Software. The supplier confirms the assignment and the resource can start after the onboarding process.

4. Time recording
The hours worked by the resource are recorded in 3 Story Software, confirmed by the supplier and approved by the customer. The costs incurred are calculated automatically.

5. Accounting
The customer receives a cost overview of the resources used in 3 Story Software. The service team creates a pre-invoice for the suppliers to simplify invoicing and invoice verification.

6. Reporting
Story Software provides standardized processes that ensure a consistent data foundation and comprehensive reporting. Digital signature
With the help of electronic signatures (eSigning), contracts can be signed very conveniently, quickly and on the move. The data generated when creating orders in 3 Story Software is transferred to your eSigning service provider via an interface and can then be digitally signed there. This fulfils all compliance requirements for mapping electronic signatures, which are necessary for fast staffing in the procurement process.
SAP Ariba
The integration of SAP Ariba enables end-to-end automation of the procurement process - from the notification of requirements to the selection of external service providers and invoicing.
Thanks to the interfaces, invoice data can be exported, reducing manual effort and increasing data quality.
