AI Artist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Develop AI-generated characters (casting) from concept to consistent, production-ready output
- Translate SKU data and styling references into precise AI prompts
- Create AI-based environments and set designs (studio & on-location)
- Integrate AI-generated assets into professional Adobe workflows
- Drive the evolution of AI image production processes and scalable workflows
- Execute high-end retouching (skin, compositing, masking) in Photoshop
- Ensure consistent visual quality, realism, and alignment with our visual language
- Seamlessly combine AI-generated content with existing production pipelines
- Independently interpret briefs and develop concepts in close collaboration with Art Direction
- Work autonomously with strong structure, also under tight deadlines
- Contribute actively to team workflows and knowledge sharing
Profile
- Strong experience in post-production, ideally in fashion, editorial, or eCommerce
- Strong understanding of AI image workflows (casting, styling logic, environment creation)
- Hands-on experience with Google AI image tools (e.g. Imagen / Nano Banana)
- Expert-level Photoshop skills (retouching is a core strength)
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Bridge, Illustrator a plus) & Capture One
- Strong eye for fashion, styling, and visual storytelling
- Ability to develop creative solutions beyond standard workflows
- High attention to detail, ownership, and quality standards
