Hays have a long tradition with the roots of its business dating back to 1867. For decades, Hays operated as a conglomerate in various business sectors, e.g. trade, shipbuilding and logistics as well as services.
In 2003 Hays carried out a complete business realignment and have since been focusing their activities on personnel services - with great success: today, Hays are the worldwide market leader in specialist recruitment.
