1. Telephone briefing
We inform your candidates about the procedure and ensure that all questions are clarified in advance. 
2. Online test administration

3. Validation  interview 
We then discuss the test results and conduct a interview with the candidates in which we take another in-depth look at the characteristics and skills relevant to success in the role.
4. The Results report 
You will receive a comprehensive report on all tested candidates – including clear recommendations for action for your personnel selection.
